Mission

We believe that every citizen can and should add to the development of the prosperous society, and that every community represents a responsibility of the people who live there. That is the reason why we think that, even though there are a lot of problems, the citizens themselves make a step towards their solving. We therefore support civil organizations and nonprofit organizations in their work on the problem solving in their own communities.

Our principal task is to provide financial support to the people who are ready to engage themselves in order to solve some problem in the place where they live, and to make their lives and the lives of their neighbors a little bit better. We provide financial aid so that initiatives and actions which come of people who live in local communities are accomplished. It is important for us that even more people from local communities participate in those actions, and that those initiatives are in the spirit of solidarity, tolerance and open-mindedness.

Apart from the financial aid, there are more ways by which we help out organizations and informal groups – we provide circumstances for them to learn and try out new ways of problem solving in the places where they live, we give them assistance to realize their ideas in the best manner possible, to fundraise additional sums, to connect with others who have similar ideas and challenges, and to set the bar higher.

At the same time, we work on the development of local philanthropy, creating conditions that those, and the initiatives similar to those become sustainable even without our help. We support the development of local philanthropy and reliance on one’s powers and resources.

It is our goal to help the development of stable and sustainable local communities in Serbia.
