Donations Granted in June Round of Active Communities

TASCO office in Serbia (Technical Assistance for Civil Society Organizations project) has announced the call for CSOs and media representatives for training on the topic of: „Public Relations and Media Cooperation for Civil Society Organizations“. The key topic of the training will be the ideas and ways for improving the cooperation between Civil Society Organizations and media, and designing common and mutually useful activities for those two sectors.

The general goal of the training is to increase the capacities and skills of CSO representatives which are less experienced in the field of public relations and communication with media, and to develop mutual understanding and cooperation between CSO representatives and media on the local level. The focus of this training will be (1) communication skills, (2) understanding of the function of public relations, (3) cooperation between CSOs and media and (4) the possibility for mutually useful activities of CSOs and media. The training is free of charge, and it will last for one day.

The trainings will be held in the following cities:

Kragujevac - August, 25th 2010
Niš – September, 17th 2010
Subotica - October, 6th 2010
Novi Sad - October, 11th 2010
Užice – November, 9th 2010
