Grants Awarded in the March Round of Active Communities

During the March round of decision making within Active Communities program, Balkan Community Initiatives Fund has awarded grants for twelve projects in the amount of3,815,424.00 dinars. For the realization of their initiatives the support has been given to:

 - „Prostor“, Belgrade
 - „Rime“, Zaječar
 - „Coolist fund“, Novi Sad
 - Informal group „KultURA“, Kula
 - „Mountaineering/skiing club Stari Vlah“, Ivanjica
 - „Roma Education Society“, Surdulica
 - „Organization of Theater Aficionados“, Svilajnac
 - „The Green Alternative“, Dimitrovgrad
 - „EHO-Positive Tendencies Echo“, Jagodina
 - „Center for Creative Growing-up and Multicultural Cooperation“, Zrenjanin
 - „Student Youth Club“, Kovačica
 - „Priroda i društvo“, Užice

The program is supported by Rockefeller Brothers Fund, Charles Stewart Mott Foundation, Balkan Trust for Democracy and Cooperating Netherlands Foundations for Central and eastern Europe.  The following deadline for project submittal is May 16th 2011 until 5 PM.
