New Programme and Call for Proposal – It’s Better When There Are Two of Us

In cooperation with the Scan Foundation and Co-operating Netherlands Foundations for Central and Eastern Europe (CEE CNF) from Holland, BCIF is initiating the program It’s Better When There Are Two of Us, trying to encourage citizens’ associations to develop and implement the model Be a friend in Serbia, as a form of social inclusion of vulnerable groups, namely children and youth with disabilities. The program is implemented in order to support citizens’ associations in Serbia to develop concrete projects that will be based on the model be a friend to children and youth with disabilities.

Based on received project proposals, 10 citizens’ associations will be selected that will receive financial support amounting to a maximum of 9,500.00 euros for the implementation of their projects. Training will be provided for all selected organizations, which will be held by Dutch experts, and the aim of the training will be to train organizations to implement the model Be a friend, but also to encourage cooperation between organizations from different regions in Serbia.
